Diagnosis Notes

The integrity of all wire and piping connections will be confirmed and repairs to connections made as needed. Once the device/component has been installed an operational test will be completed. If further diagnostic is needed, the diagnostic will be done as part of the original diagnostic. Any additional repairs will be approved before completing.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: Due to the severity of damage that was caused when the part failed, we are recommending the installation of a _________ against similar failures in the future. In the event of future failures we will not provide a part or labor warranty if the ___________ was not installed with the repair.

Many times there are related devices or components that need to be addressed. Be sure to review the secondary repairs and additional items the tech has prepared for you. Please remember that we love your questions and are happy to help you understand our recommendations and suggestions
